we enjoyed being there. safe place, it was reasonably clean and had accommodating staff from the front desk to the bar to the doorman. we stayed in the double room equipped with an overstuffed chair and a great view. the location was wonderful, and the absolutely fantastic and very very good breakfast was offered.

Our 4-day vacation at the Westin New Orleans was fantastic! the entire stay was excellent, and we especially loved the beautiful double beds. the location is perfect, situated right by the Carnival cruise line, and the modern interior design added a touch of elegance to our experience.

Our accommodation was in a central location near Canal Street, which is a major thoroughfare in the city and within walking distance to Starbucks, Bourbon Street, and various eateries. the hotel was conveniently located just 3 km from Riverside Venue.

We liked contemporary feel and the ability to relax in the lobby overlooking the river. Also liked the closeness to the street car stops and the roof top swimming pool area.
Did not like the price of the breakfast buffet, the broken toilet, the poor airconditioning, and that my requests upon checking in being ignored. We requested AWAY from the elevator (got the nearest room to it) and we requested cotton pillows because of allergies (did not receive them).

I had a really nice stay during my quick business trip. the venue is a good size and very clean, offering great value. the staff were outstandingly accommodating, making my experience even better. the location by the river is excellent and stunning, plus it's very close to the WWII museum, amazing restaurants, a lovely park, and the conference center. I also enjoyed fabulous food at the casual restaurant.
