comfortable room, comfortable stay with a great river view and an excellent location for exploring local attractions.

It was all perfect.

we enjoyed being there. safe place, it was reasonably clean and had accommodating staff from the front desk to the bar to the doorman. we stayed in the double room equipped with an overstuffed chair and a great view. the location was wonderful, and the absolutely fantastic and very very good breakfast was offered.

The atmosphere at the Westin New Orleans felt very family-friendly. Our family room was spacious and featured a fainting couch and comfortable chairs, which made our stay even better. We enjoyed an excellent view from our room, enhancing the experience. the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of appetizing options.

Loved our rooms with queen size beds instead of doubles. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, as for 4-stars hotel. The location was unbeatable and convenient, within walking distance of a historic park.

Our 4-day vacation at the Westin New Orleans was fantastic! the entire stay was excellent, and we especially loved the beautiful double beds. the location is perfect, situated right by the Carnival cruise line, and the modern interior design added a touch of elegance to our experience.

Contemporary hotel, comfortable bed, superb bar.

Our accommodation was in a central location near Canal Street, which is a major thoroughfare in the city and within walking distance to Starbucks, Bourbon Street, and various eateries. the hotel was conveniently located just 3 km from Riverside Venue.

Appreciated the room with queen size beds instead of doubles, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everything was great.

I had a really nice stay during my quick business trip. the venue is a good size and very clean, offering great value. the staff were outstandingly accommodating, making my experience even better. the location by the river is excellent and stunning, plus it's very close to the WWII museum, amazing restaurants, a lovely park, and the conference center. I also enjoyed fabulous food at the casual restaurant.

We liked contemporary feel and the ability to relax in the lobby overlooking the river. Also liked the closeness to the street car stops and the roof top swimming pool area.

Did not like the price of the breakfast buffet, the broken toilet, the poor airconditioning, and that my requests upon checking in being ignored. We requested AWAY from the elevator (got the nearest room to it) and we requested cotton pillows because of allergies (did not receive them).

The hotel was impeccably clean with a great restaurant. Got the same double room for an overstuffed chair booked online, thoroughly enjoyed that. - the location of the venue was marvelous - within walking distance of French Quarter. - the service was great, I had 1 wonderful night here. - the pool on the premises was amazing. - I stayed for a trip and would come here again.
